Apple Music, Podcasts, and TV apps are slow on iPhone 15 Pro

Im on my iphone 15 pro on the latest update, and for the past month ive been realising that specifically my APPLE apps have been extremely slow, for example instagram, whatsapp, and netflix work perfectly fast. but apps like apple music, apple podcasts, and apple tv take 10 seconds to go from section to section. i have no idea how
