Apple Intelligence missing from Mac Settings

Hi guys, I just realized that Apple Intelligence is not active in my Mac (Tahoe 26.1).

Fun fact, it doesn't show on settings, so I could activate it. I have found a lot of resources on activating from settings after an update but not the case I am experiencing.

Any advise?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 26.1

Update: found the issue, somehow Siri - mostly from the mobile device - was set on UK english while the region was on US english. Fixed.
