MacBook Air: Cannot find Restrictions settings

On my Mac book I was only able to search my library. After researching solutions I often came upon settings/preferences>restrictions. However I could not find a restrictions section any where. I have one of the newer MacBook airs and I'm not sure if maybe the layout is different... but if anyone knows what I should do please let me know.

There may be restrictions set in "ScreenTiime" or parental restrictions may be in place.

Changing those settings would likely require the person who set them up.

Wondering whether Apple Support's online article (link below) can help you search the internet.

Change Search settings in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

Eg says:

To change these settings, choose Safari > Settings, then click Search.
