see whole phone number and remove poster bubble

I I want to see the whole phone number on my recent calls list and voice mail list. The poster bubble and informatin button bubble are so large it blocks seeing the whole number. This is a change since I just updated my iso this morning.

two things to try

Settings, display & Brightness, Display Zoom, Default
In Phone app, go to calls, hit the three lines in a circle icon, select Classic

Also, Settings>Display & Brightness>Text Size and Settings>Display & Brightness>Bold Text.
