Apple Watch will not pair with iPhone

my apple watch, 10.6.1, model A2353, is not pairing with my iphone 16 pro, 18.16.1. While trying to see if they were already paired, I tried the find my. Nothing. I can’t find the blue tooth symbol on my watch’s control screen so I can’t really check. I’ve tried following lots of instructions online, but nothing is working. Please help. Thanks.

What state is the watch in now?

If it was already set up, you'll need to erase it, then use the watch app on the phone to pair it with your phone.

Not sure what you're asking. It works fine but I'm getting no notifications of any kind. The workout app works pretty good but I lost the voice notification when I reach the 1 mile marker.
