How to activate eSIM on iPhone 14 after transferring data from iPhone X?

hi, any workaround. im using an i14 and im struggling to activate an esim, it says my old phone does not support it? i transferred data from my iphone x when i started using i14.

might that be the problem an esim wont activate on iphone
