Getting into a iPhone SE first gen

I have an iPhone SE first generation, where I can't get passed the white screen with the apple that comes on the screen when you turn the phone on. Extra info is that the phone does have a password, and when I used to plug it into a computer I had to go to the phone and press "yes" to make any content of the phone be visible in the computer. And I live in Sweden.

1) Any idea of what is wrong with it?

2) Any way, or program/service I can buy that enables me to get all the content out of the phone?

Especially I would like the voice recordings, texts and WhatsApp messages.

Very grateful for help.

I believe the technical term for what's wrong is, "it's borked".

There is almost certainly nothing left on the device at all.

The first troubleshooting step at this point would be to put it into recovery mode and restore iOS, which will completely erase any data that might be left at this point.

You're not going to recover any data from that phone. Recycle it. it had a good life It's obsolete. Let it go.
