Apple Studio Display flickers with True Tone enabled after replacement under AppleCare

I've noticed my 27-inch Apple Studio Display nano-texture glass flickers when I have True Tone enabled. It started happening on macOS 15 Sequoia after Apple sent me a replacement for physical damage (scratches on the glass in March of 2025). It's still under AppleCare, however, support has said to try testing ports and cables on my M1 MacBook Ultra. I've done rigorous testing with different apps, including performance and memory penetration to see if the issue was related to memory taxing at the advice of the support agent.

I actually grabbed a Thunderbolt 5 cable (neither my M1 2020 MacBook Ultra nor Studio Display are compatible; however, the cable is reverse compatible with the hardware). It still happens. I finally decided to disable True Tone (issue persists much less, but still happens) because it was driving me insane and I've tried everything else. I may reach out to support again, but I truly feel this isn't a hardware issue and a replacement would be a waste of my time. I've scoured the forums and can't seem to find this exact issue so any help would be greatly appreciated.
