iPhone not ringing with Apple Watch

My phone does not ring since I got a watch (Oct 2025) and I miss calls. I do not want to use the watch as a phone except in emergencies because the quality of talking and hearing on the watch is very poor. I want to get rings and haptics on the phone and watch simultaneously. How can I get that?

Mirror my phone

Volume

Focus

Wi-Fi connection (everything else connects)

Silent mode

Notifications

Airplane mode

Bluetooth
