Force the PD handshake reset (simple)

Unplug everything, then:

1. Shut down the Mac
2. Leave it OFF for 2 minutes
3. Plug in the charger before turning it back on
4. Turn on the Mac while plugged in

macOS will reinitialize the USB-C PD controller from zero.

Either the original information provided was misleading / incorrect or somethings else

This computer uses MagSafe 3 Cable which can Only be used to the Port in that image
