Missing Quicken data after MacBook Air repair
My MacBook Air 10,1 recently crashed, requiring a new logic board and touchpad which were replaced in Apple Store. All of my files seem to be available except my Quicken backup with 15 years or more of data. I assume this program was open when the computer was last used before crashing. I do see an older file version, last saved in 2018. Computer shows both iCloud and iCloud+, we are relatively new to Family Plan. When I search, am I accessing both Clouds? In addition, I save files to my hard drive and I have checked hidden files. Additionally, MacBook shows twice in My Devices. Thanks for advice.
