No Mail Yahoo can’t install account

On my wife iPad 4 gen can not instal Yahoo mail . It was there .

I push mail box and appears iCloud,exchange,google,yahoo,aol and other.

iI select yahoo then appear API.login.yahoo.com and blanc page

second variant is in account thru settings mail. Account ad account yahoo and same result.

sam time appears label there is occurred problem load API.login.yahoo.com

please help !
