MMS messaging is a carrier feature. MMS messaging REQUIRES cellular data.

Make sure you have not disabled cellular data.

iMessages (between Apple devices) mostly travel over the Internet. So a Wi-Fi Internet connection is usually enough for them.

SMS/MMS and RCS messages are a cellular network thing. No cellular connection, no messages.

Then you need to contact your carrier as they are responsible for SMS/MMS/RCS messaging.

On your iPhone, open Settings > Apps > Messages - Swipe down Text Messaging - Make sure RCS Messaging and MMS Messaging is turned on.
