How do I change my billing name. On iTunes my initials are incorrect because of the billing name. When I got to settings to edit it that part is greyed out and I cannot edit it. I try to change directly from iTunes but I don’t have options to do it.
If you’re in Family Sharing
Check this:
Settings → Apple ID → Family Sharing
If you see someone else listed as Organizer, you must ask them to:
Settings → Their Apple ID → Payment & Shipping → Edit Billing Name
You cannot edit it yourself.
