Even if Notification settings look perfect, these modes override wake behavior:
- Do Not Disturb
- Sleep Focus
- Work Focus
- Custom Focus modes
Sometimes a Focus is set to auto-activate without you realizing.
Check under Settings > Focus and see if any schedule or automation is hiding there.
A quick restart or toggling these OFF and ON usually resets notification wake behavior:
