Siri not responding consistently on iOS 26

Siri not responding all the time - FYI, I am using IOS 26; I have the “Siri” or “hey siri” selected, yet when I call for ‘Siri’ I get no response, if I say ‘hey Siri’ it works. No rhyme or reason as this is an intermittent issue like the others for iOS 26.

Turn Siri OFF → Restart → Turn Siri ON again

This forces iOS to rebuild the Siri voice models, which fixes the wake-word failure for most users.

Thanks. That makes sense and had not tried turning Siri off and then restart.
