The lawnmower man film not working on apple tv

the lawnmower man film keeps buffering every 10 seconds no other movie I have or service is doing this there must be a problem with this specific movie on apple tv. Why?

It’s set to download daily. Apple TV is not sleeping. Have restarted Apple TV and this does not resolve the issue. Double tapping the menu button to force them to get going again always starts on Utah. Any ideas on how I might fix this or do I need to do a complete Reset? I’m assuming the next update release won’t be until tvOS 26? Thanks

Apple TV+ shows keep buffering and look blurry All Apple TV+ shows continually buffer and look blurry even after they do. The show may play for a couple minutes and then buffer again. No other apps on the Apple TV do this. The internet is running at 1g up and 900mb down. So speed is good and plenty of bandwidth. The shows do this on phones, tablets and the Apple TV4k. Software is up to date on all. Apple TV is connected hardline Ethernet. What is going on Apple?!

Appletv not responding to video control input once movie stream has started. Appletv not responding to video control input once movie stream has started. Firmware is latest version I can find and start a purchased movie (using either hardware or software 'remote') I can play and streaming starts BUT.. the TVApp does not then accept any control inputs - no pause/stop or ability to navigate. The menu for Input / Chapters / Start from Beginning remains on screen but can't navigate to it. The only working input is to hold/press the Menu to exit or to call up the 'tv' app switcher then close the AppleTV app. Rebooted and total power off/unplug, s/w update checked, remote battery checked - so I am fairly confident this is a bug relating to the new AppleTV app. Prime/Disney and other streaming services all running and responding fine. Ideas ??

Try playing the movie on another device to confirm, then go to reportaproblem.apple.com and report playback issues. Apple will refresh or replace the file, typically within a few days.

Good news: this is not your Apple TV, not your internet, and not your setup.

It is almost certainly a title-specific streaming file issue on the servers.
