Logo in Mail signature not visible on iPad

I have read all the comments on How to add a logo to my signature in mail and have tried everything suggested. I still cannot get the logo to be visible when sending emails. Can anyone please help me to add a signature with a logo to my emails on iPad. Thank you.

Fill out forms, sign documents, and create signatures on iPad

Adding a logo to your email signature on an iPhone or iPad can be tricky due to the limitations of the default Mail app settings.

The key is that the native iOS/iPadOS Mail app only allows for plain text in the signature settings box. To include a logo or formatted elements, you need to use a workaround by copying and pasting an already formatted signature into the settings.

Format: Use a web-friendly image format like PNG (recommended, especially for transparent backgrounds) or JPG/JPEG.

Size (Pixels): The logo needs to be optimized for mobile viewing and to prevent it from appearing gigantic or blurry.

Aim for a maximum width of around 200 to 300 pixels.

Keep the overall file size small (some sources suggest under 8KB, although this limit may be outdated, keeping it small is still best).

Resolution/DPI: For display on Apple devices, it is often recommended to set the logo's DPI (Dots Per Inch) to 72 DPI using an image editor before copying.

Hosting (For HTML Signatures): If you create an advanced HTML signature (which is the most reliable method for complex formatting and links), the logo image must be hosted online (e.g., on your company's web server) and referenced using an HTTPS URL. The Mail app on mobile devices cannot reliably display a logo that is only stored locally on your device.

The Copy-Paste Workaround Method

Since you can't insert the image directly, this is the most common way to get a logo into your signature on an iPhone or iPad:

Create the Formatted Signature:

Open an email client on your computer (like Mac Mail or an online generator) or even a new draft email on your iPhone/iPad.

Insert your logo (properly sized) and any other signature text and formatting you want.

Copy on the iOS/iPadOS Device:

Send the email with the formatted signature to yourself.

Open that received email on your iPhone or iPad.

Select the entire signature (including the image) and tap Copy.

Paste into Settings:

Go to Settings > Mail > Signature.

Delete the default text.

Tap and hold in the signature box and select Paste.

Fix Formatting (The Shake Trick):

The formatting often gets stripped when you paste it. Immediately after pasting, gently shake your iPhone or iPad.

A pop-up should appear that says "Undo Change Attributes." Tap Undo. This often forces the device to retain the original formatting, including the image.

Test: Send a new test email to confirm the signature and logo display correctly.
