How to revert to a previous software version on iPhone?

How do you suggest adapting to my messages refusing to send, messages coming to me in waves very late, lagging issues and not being able to open my keyboard on some websites. I mean I can't even ask a question on here because it opens and closes immediately I have a recording but I'm not uploading to YouTube to link it

If messages won't send or are received late that's an issue you take to your carrier. Your carrier is responsible for messaging.

Did you do a Forced Restart after you updated your iPhone? I do this after EVERY iOS update --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
