One AirPod Not Turning On Until Placed Back in the Case (AirPods Pro 3 Issue)

I’m experiencing a recurring issue with my AirPods Pro 3. Several times a day, when I put both earbuds in my ears, one of them sometimes doesn’t turn on. I have to put it back in the case, wait a bit, and then it finally connects. Once both earbuds are successfully connected, everything works perfectly. This issue happens repeatedly, and it’s becoming quite frustrating.
