I bought a new iPad Air M3 and a Logi keyboard. When i click the Caps lock key the typing language changes, but the letters are not Caps. As a workaround I have to keep the Shift key down to type in all Caps.

There should be a place in settings > keyboard > hardware keyboard where you can turn off using Caps Lock to switch between Latin and non-Latin keyboards.
