I keep having to re-pair my apple watch to my iphone to get the activity rings to sync with my watch. I've never had this problem until the 26 update. I have this problem with both my old and my newer apple watch. When I re-pair the watches the activity rings will update for a few days then I start having problems again. Ugh! Please help.

Do you have a VPN installed on the phone? this can interrupt iCloud sync. The watch activity app talks to Iphone Fitness app via Health

So on my iPhone 16 I went to Settings, my name, iCloud. I don't see anything that says "see all." I have no VPN on this phone. All my setting with Health say I should be syncing with the Watch and vice versa. When I unpair and re-pair everything is OK for a few days.
This started happening when I installed OSi 26 on the iPhone and watch. I have two watches, both have the same problems.

I guess I'm stuck unpairing and re-pairing (a task that takes up to 30 minutes!) whenever this problem raises its ugly head.

Well, it worked for two days. Having to unpair/re-pair this watch today just to get the activity rings to work. The watch will not take my heartrate (duh) during this time either.
This is so frustrating.
Activity rings won't update/sync with iphone 16 after 26 update.
