Change credit card for a recent order

Here's a link from Apple which explains all you can do with an order in terms of changes. Changing the payment method, doesn't appear to be listed --> Viewing & Changing Orders - Shopping Help - Apple

If you are still in the Processing Stage (not preparing to ship or shipped), you could likely cancel the order, then order it again with the payment method you'd prefer to use.
