My go-to used/pulled parts seller when I was working on a lot of PowerBooks was PowerBook Medic:

However, there are several sub-models of the 17" G4 PowerBook and we do not know which you have. The sub-model affects parts compatibility and availability. That site has a search by serial number to help find your exact sub-model.
Two caveats:
— We do not know where in the world you are, so do not know if any vendor we mention will ship to you.
— My observation is the the site's inventory was badly deleted during COVID and many not have returned to pre-2020 levels.
