iPad Pro M5 Wifi shows a cellular option in control center, running iPadOS 26.2

The Cellular function is displayed as Off/disabled - as might reasonably be expected for a WiFi Only iPad.
Quite why Apple choose the show this function for devices that do not possess Cellular hardware is unknown - but, to the best of my knowledge, is entirely normal in iPadOS.
