I am not sending any messages please solve this issue/problem

To send a message you have written: just tap the blue send arrow

Eg: Using wi-fi (or cellular data)

What happens when you:

• open Messages app,
• choose who you want to send to,
• enter text in the text field,
• and tap the blue send arrow ?
