my apple account is blocked

Hi guys, so 2 days ago i bought a new iphone and used my gmail to open the apple account, ( i already has the account i just used it to log in ) but after a day the account got blocked without any warning, whenever i try to type my pass word i get an erreur, i tried to get my account unlocked via PC ( i tried 3 times to be honest ) so today i got two answer, the first one was that my acccount was unlocked, and indeed, but after 1h i received another email that my request was denied, and the account got locked again, can you please help me

If you're in the US, you can call Apple at: 800-MY-APPLE
