An Apple Account password can generally be used for everything Apple.

Try using the password you used to log-in here to the community, to log-in to iTunes too.

If needed: on your PC or new phone (Android ? or Apple iOS ?)

See if you can click "Forgot Apple Account password" on your Apple Account Log-in screen

Then follow the prompts.
