Help - Apple TV app on Panasonic Smart TV - no connection.

Hi - my Panasonic Smart TV has Apple TV but today it now doesn't connect - it says "Could not connect to Apple TV, check internet, try again"

I have recycled power on TV and router, have checked TV software and disconnected TV network and reconnected and have deleted and reinstalled app on my phone.

I'm out of ideas! Short of a sledge hammer can anyone help?

I had the same issue with Apple TV on my LG Smart TV; had never had problems in the past. I deleted the app from the TV, reinstalled, same issue. The problem was mainly loading Ted Lasso. I created a new profile, and suddenly I was OK. I then backtracked and discovered that my profile has set up restrictions that I never put on the profile. Once I changed those restrictions on my profile, all was well. I can’t tell you how many hours I spent on this, though.

Thank you for the replies! I deleted everything - from my phone/ computer and gave it a proverbial kick - reloaded it all after a complete un plug/ reset and behold - it's all working again!
