Eye issues with iOS 26 update

I am posting this to see if there is a way to solve this.

The Liquid Glass thing is hurting my eyes. I have had eye corrective surgery and now I can no longer use my phone without pain. I am now going to have to buy a new device because I can no longer rely on said device. Is there any way to switch to a non liquid glass option? I loved my phone until the update but I cannot use it for my needs anymore.

re: Liquid Glass

Look at Accessibility settings and make some changes...

you can significantly reduce some effects by enabling Reduce Transparency in Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size, or for Lock Screen customizations, use the Tinted option in Display & Brightness > Liquid Glass or change the clock style to Solid when customizing your Lock Screen
