Unable to download the 'Wish You Were Here 50 (Documentary Version)' from Apple Music on my Mac

Cannot download my Documentary from Apple Music. Purchased the New Pink Floyd album: "Wish You Were Here 50 (Documentary Version)." All of the songs download fine, but I get this message when I try to download the Documentary:

It seems odd that the one thing I cannot download is the very thing this version was named for. I have already troubleshot everything I can think of, and support could think of. Neither of us could figure out why it's doing this. I can watch the Doc Movie from the cloud, but I can't download it to my Mac. Does anyone know of a fix?

I guess you would have tried a thorough search of your Mac to see whether the documentary is already there. Strange it didn't download with the songs from the album ... yet perhaps not to the "Music app"

Seems the accompanying documentary is likely to be a movie / video file ... rather than a music audio file

If you haven't already:

you could check in Photos app to see if your documentary ended up there,where you are able to view it.

If not there, see if you can "import" it via the Photos app.

I can see it on the cloud if you look in the purchased file on the Music App, but it's not on the cloud on my Mac that I can directly access by going into System Preferences. I had already looked there with the IT person I spoke to at Apple. On top of that, I have the "DarkSide of the Moon" documentary that came with that album, and it is an MPEG-4, and it downloaded fine with that album, which is also of the same type. And also on top of all that, I have every Beatles documentary for every single Beatles Album. This problem is Apple side, not because of user error.

Although it won't help immediately, your feedback will be carefully read and logged, and if others have a similar issue, we may see an update the addresses it.

Edit: Taking another look at your screenshot I see location : "Cloud"

could the file be located somewhere else, other than Apple's "iCloud" ?
