hi my iPad mini 2 new one suddenly displaying full black screen without doing any setting changes can’t able to charge and being in off condition . The service center told dead iPad . Why it’s happened suddenly while am using. It ll restart or not again 😩

Which iPad mini are you actually speaking of? The iPad mini 2 was released in 2013 and discontinued in 2017. This model is very far from being the "new one". If this is actually the iPad you are speaking of (iPad mini 2), then the battery is possibly at least 8 years old (if it has not been replaced since then) so it is likely battery failure.
