I had passwords and photos saved in Notes, which disappeared after I switched out my Apple ID. Unfortunately they were not in sync with iCloud so they can’t be found under that. Is it possible that they’re still on the phone, just not visible? I need to get them back if possible!

everything like calendar, passwords, photos, notes app purchases and downloads is tied up to the appleID

change the appleID and you loose access and ability to access all data and apps tied to the old one.
When I switched out the Apple ID , everything else except the notes was fine and stayed the same. This is the only thing that disappeared. Now when I switched back to that Apple ID, the notes aren’t reappearing. (The device is the same)
Where were the Notes? The pic below is self-explanatory.
There was only one acc under the Notes Accounts, it was the iCloud. But like I said, they weren’t synced with iCloud so they cannot be found there.
