Auto propagate a formula in column when Shortcuts adds a row to bottom of table.

Hi all, so I have a spreadsheet and the source sheet has the data which feeds into main spreadsheet.

The data is fed in via a shortcut where entries are quite simple, Date, start time, finish time. then the next two columns have formulas.

When the shortcut runs it sends the 3 bits of data into Numbers and populates a 'new' [bottom] row but as it is I cannot get the formulas in D and E to propagate.

Is there a way. I have formulas in main spreadsheet that will find dates and populate certain cells accordingly so the [vertical] order of entries in A, B and C are not vital but the formulas are a necessity. I am fairly sure Excel will do this but Numbers doesn't seem to. Am I missing something or is this an objective that will ultimately fail?

Hoping someone can advise. I have tried ChatGPT/Gemini and neither of them think I can but they weren't able to create the shortcut but I have and it does work, so don't entirely accept their advice.

See image added, the first row was added via shortcut and included formula but 2nd row [from shortcut] didnt propagate the formulas.

For context the shortcut resides on phone for daily use.

Thanks for reading.
