Airpod Pro 3 issues with Windows 11/Teams

Having issues with Airpod Pro 3's on Windows 11 computer. I can connect to them fine and use them as an input device for audio but not as a output device for the microphone. When I first got them everything worked fine. I used them with Microsoft Teams. Then I started to find that the sound was very low on Teams calls. Now I cannot get them to work at all on Teams calls unless I turn off the Handsfree Telephony service. When I do that I can hear but microphone is not an option for this device.

I have tried to rollback bluetooth drivers in windows. I have tried unpairing and repairing. I also unpaired them from my iPhone while connecting them to my Windows device.

I bought these because I constantly am switching between my phone computer for work purposes. Any one have any ideas?
