I have a company phone, iPhone 13 IOS26.1 (23B85). I downloaded a very load alert for my phone ringer but none of the text tones are nearly as loud as my phone ringer tone. I am on call and get automated text with the word Page in them and I need my text tone to be as loud as my ring tone. I have used our tech support, and they say all settings are correct. How do I get my text ringer decibels to match my phone call ringer decibels.
You can see if the iTunes store has any tones that seem louder to you. Avoid anything musical. They tend to be easily masked by ambient sounds.
You can also make your own.

Don't forget of you use a purchased or custom ringtone for your messages, you an use one that is up to 29 seconds long. Compared to a ping, surely you can't miss that!

I understand that. The procedure for creating new tones is the same. Did you read all the way through the article I linked to?
