Logic Pro Sound Library Helper Tool Infinite Loop

When I try to reinstall sound library on Logic Pro it downloads the library and then gives me a pop up saying it needs to install a helper tool. But, when I enter my password and install the helper tool, nothing happens. I go to the sound library menu and everything is still grayed out except for "reinstall sound library", so when I click on it again it downloads it and then it installs it but then the pop up comes up again saying it needs to install the helper tool and then it crashes. It keeps doing this over and over. I can't access the sound library manager or anything because it's all grayed out. Please help me with this as it's driving me mad!
