iPhone 15 not detecting the mobile network

i'm facing a sudden issue with my iphone 15, the device unexpectedly stopped detecting the mobile network.
there was no physical damage or software changes before the problem appeared.
the signal is either completely unavailable, and sometimes it shows no service.
i have already tried restarting the phone, resetting network sittings, and checking the SIM card, but the issu still persists.
kindly advise on the possible cause and the next steps to resolve this issue?
