Unable to access my iCloud account

Please I have been facing some ICloud problems for a long period of time now my account has been locked for some time now and I have no idea why my iCloud was blocked or restricted I want to please plead with Apple so my account can be unblocked I have so many business I have to get access to but because iCloud has been blocked I cannot do anything about it so please help review my account and unblock it please
