Why can i not delete apps anymore? i just previously updated my phone to ios 26.2 and trying to get rid of storage. I also can’t get into my apple account on settings or my icloud- it appears to be a light grey colour indicating i cannot press it.

Are you a member of a Family Sharing group?
There are a couple of Screen Time settings that will prevent apps from being deleted and prevent changes in your Apple Account that will grey it out, but if you are in a Family Sharing group, then it is the Organizer what would override your settings:

In a Family Sharing group, the most restrictive setting will be applied. You cannot override a Screen Time setting on your device that would make it less restrictive than what is used by the Family Organizer, you can only make it more restrictive.
