How do I remove a locked Apple Account and replace it with an old one on my iPhone?

If you are unable to gain access to the account in order to remove it from your device with the Password, then your only other option is to submit sufficient proof of ownership of the device to have the Activation Lock removed. From what we have seen on this support site, it is likely going to need to be the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller since Apple does not get involved in any third part sales to prove legitimacy.
