MacOS Tahoe 26.2 problem with Safari, only when on Dutch language, to access local IP address website with "invalid" certificate.

When I have my MacOS Tahoe 26.2 in Dutch language, Safari blocks local IPV4 based websites (eg. https://10.0.0.100:8123/ due to mismatched Certificate. Safari shows the (Dutch version of) This Connection Is Not Private, with an option Show Details. However Show Details does not respond.

If I switch to English language , I and restart Safari, the Show Details screen does work and gives the option to show Certificate and allow to continue.

This behaviour is since Tahoe 26.2 .

All other browser (Firefox, Chrome) do not have this issue.

This strongly indicates:A broken or mismatched localization string / UI binding in Safari’s Dutch security dialog in 26.2
