Apple Music ignoring Disc Number on iOS When Sorting a Playlist

Why does Apple Music on iOS ignore the disc number of songs when sorting a playlist by artist or album and only sort based on track number? It sorts properly on macOS. Is there a way to fix this besides editing the track number of songs on the album to not go back to track 1 when going to the next disc?

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max on iOS 26.2 and an M4 MacBook Pro on macOS Tahoe 26.2.
