Gmail IMAP Path Prefix in macOS Mail

For some reason Apple Mail on Tahoe insists on using a prefix for one of my Gmail accounts. I know there used to be an option to set an IMAP path prefix within Mail but that option no longer seems to be present, at least for this account. Mail on my iPhone still lets me set the path prefix, and it is correct there (the default value of /).

How can I set the IMAP path prefix for Mail on my Mac? This currently breaks Mail's ability to archive messages with Gmail.

If you are trying to set up another email account that isn't listed on the email options that Apple offer you when trying to set up a email use the "Add Another Account". Since most email address are IMAP Apple is trying to make it as easy as possible to set them up.

AlWeir I very clearly stated that this is a GMail account in title and body of my post, and you can see it in the screenshot I posted as well. Could you please read the actual problem presented before immediately replying and wasting everybody's time?
