Can't operate my phone--Iphone 16 pro

I can't do anything on my phone. It's stuck on instagram, I cant turn my phone off(it just goes onto SOS mode), I can lock my screen but that about it. I can't even silence my notifications. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

iPhone 13 freezing and blank screen after iOS 26.02 update Anyone else experiencing issues with the 26.02 update? I’m on an iPhone 13 which worked perfectly before I did the update. Force your iPhone to restart:

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo (this might take longer than 10 seconds).
