Iphone Mass Texts, No Groups

I want to send a text to numerous people without initiating a group chat. I watched this video (https://www.youtube.com/shorts/OIMMQdurBQI), but I don't have the "Mass text" option in my shortcuts (and my iphone 16 pro is completely updated). Any answers? Would prefer not to use SMS with this.
