How can I see if my book has been published in another store?
Furthermore, I cannot seem to publish my book in my own country's store (South Africa). How can I publish my book (at a price) in the South African Books store?

There is not yet any Apple S. African store for paid books. You would need to publish your book in a different store which is available there.

Do you perhaps know how I can see if my published book is indeed on the US store for instance? It should be available in all countries that have the book store for paid books, but I don't know how to browse any other store than the South African one.
