File not found in every project and with stem separation

Since I've updated Logic Pro in all of my projects almost all audio tracks are empty. When I try stem separation I also get the notification of 'file not found' while the tracks did get created. Anyone that can help me out? I need these projects for my work... When I try to locate the files they are also not found. It is in every single project I have.
