Can't Verify Identity For Apple Cash

Im having trouble verifying my identity for Apple Cash. Whenever I try to verify my identity, and after I enter all of my double-checked information, it takes me back to the screen to re-enter all the details. It happens every time, and every time I put in my information it just restarts the process. It's extremely frustrating and I need to verify to use Apple Cash. Any solutions would be greatly appreciated!
