This is almost certainly the logic board. Is it worth repairing either by board level repair or replacement logic board.?

I don't see how to edit my post, hence this self-reply.

The computer works fine otherwise, has 50% battery power remaining, but of course I cannot charge it. Ironically and sadly, it had a new display installed a month ago and was working fine until yesterday. First the right-sided C port dead, then 12 hours later, the left-sided C ports and MagSafe inoperable.

Mac Repair and Service - Apple Support

"Use our “Get an Estimate” tool to review potential costs if you get service directly from Apple. If you go to another service provider, they can set their own fees, so ask them for an estimate. For service covered by AppleCare, your fee per incident will be the same regardless of which service provider you choose."

The estimate tool suggested $299 USD as the repair cost, but I don't put much faith in that, since the category ("other damage") that best fit was very non-specific. I would guess that if it is the logic board, it would be more.

Your best bet is probably to ask for a estimate from Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
